We're a small team on a mission to make it more easy to book unique experiences – and along the way, we're championing a more human way to work.
Briq was started in 2017 as a simple way to book online for Go Karting and Laser Tag arena’s. Today it's growing into a suite of sales and marketing technology for Family Entertainment Centers and Attractions that want to grow.
Briq is a team spread across two locations: Utrecht, the Netherlands and Skopje, North-Macedonia.
As a member of our team, you will be invited to work whenever you're happiest and most productive.
Briq Bookings is an equal opportunity employer that has the awesome opportunity to add teammates from anywhere in the world! We're united by Briq’s values, and we celebrate our unique differences.
What kind of people work at Briq? All kinds! We hire talented teammates from a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences, and we're committed to a work environment of respect and kindness.
The fact that we can grow so fast is in the type of people that work with us. Because no matter how different we are, we all have one thing in common: a growth mindset (the belief that you are in control of your own ability and everything can be developed through dedication and hard work). We strive to make a difference, we care about the customer, feel responsible and provide the proof that is asked.
Learn and be curious
We are never done learning and always seek to improve ourselves. We are curious about new possibilities and act to explore them. Passion and urgency infuse everything we do, alongside the wisdom to consider options fully and with care.
Fail fast, learn fast, improve fast
Start somewhere and dare to fail. Errors are the only route to success. They belong to trying new things. Moreover, you quickly learn a lot from it.
Dare to be different
The average is not enough to succeed. Be the change you seek. Continuous improvement is a shared responsibility. Action is an independent one. As we do new things, we accept that we may be misunderstood for long periods of time.
Use Good Judgement
Think first, then act. Be open, transparent, honest, proud and humble (at the same time preferably ;). For all your questions about rules, working hours, attending meetings, sickness and everything else: use good judgement.
